Entry fee of $75 per class for your first two classes, $50 entry fee for third class and beyond. Keep in mind the entry also includes your practice day, event shirt and pit spot, which many other large events charge separately for.

Unpaid entries will be deleted on December 31st or sooner (depending on need to cap entries)
Event entries will be capped if there are enough entries to produce 40 heat races in our effort to provide an enjoyable length of program

DATES and SCHEDULE:
-January 1st: Any racers arriving early are welcome to set up their pit area during shop hours, noon to 8pm
- Slash Enduro on this day at 7pm
-January 2nd: Official controlled event practice
-January 3rd: Seeding and Qualifier #1
-January 4th: Qualifier #2 and #3 and completion through C Mains
-January 5th: A and B Mains, Clash for Cash races (trophy presentation following final mains)
-Thursday, January 2nd: Doors at 8am, on track activity 9am to 8pm
-Friday through Sunday, January 3rd through January 5th: Doors at 8am, on track activity at 9am (except for triple A main practice, which will take place at 8:30am on Sunday)
FORMAT:
-Qual points, best 2 of 3
-Triple A Mains for Mod 2wd Buggy, Mod 4wd Buggy, Expert 17.5 Buggy and Expert 13.5 4wd buggy
-Extended length A Mains for all other classes (8 minutes)
-Classes with Triple A Mains will be 10 straight to each main, with one bump from lower mains
-All other classes will be 9 straight to each main, with two bumps from each lower main
-5 minute lower mains all classes
-ONE drivers minute A and B mains only (two minute clock, race will start once clock expires)
-Rolling starts for qualifying
-Re-sort after round 2 of qualifying (based on single fastest round)
-Trophies for Top Qualifier and top 10 A Main drivers in each class
CROWNING THE EVENT CHAMPIONS
-One Clash to determine a stock champion. One Clash to determine a mod champion. The winner of each Clash taking home the biggest piece of the pie at $2500 each.
-To qualify, make sure that you sign up for both disciplines: 2wd buggy and 4wd buggy; all stock or all mod. It is the cumulative results from these Triple A Mains that will determine the drivers that are eligible to race in the final Clash!
- 2nd and 3rd pay out for these races as well
CONTROLLED PRACTICE PROCEDURE
-4 minute sessions, NOT class specific
-12 drivers on the stand at a time
-Up the ramp, down the stairs
-NO holding multiples transmitters while you wait to enter the stand
-EVERYONE marshals after EVERY practice session
-EVERYONE blows off the track after every time they marshal
- The computer will call the end of every practice session, "practice session has expired". Cars immediately slow down when this is announced. Marshals immediately start blowing the track when this is announced.
- Next session starts once the marshals have finished blowing off the track.
OTHER HOUSE KEEPING
-Tech inspection will be ROAR weight, battery voltage, blinky mode, approved motors and batteries
-Pit spots will be assigned. One spot and one chair provided per driver.
-A mechanic can request an additional pit spot next to their driver at the cost of $50 for the event
-Turn marshaling is a requirement. Either you or someone that you designate for yourself.
-Transponder numbers are required to be in our system prior to seeding. We will not drag and drop. Message our page with your correct transponder numbers to get a head start on this process.
-No open toe shoes.
